2. Establishing Investment Levels

Many projects can be completed in phases if desired. Our team will help determine the best approach to meet your goals while maintaining flexibility for the future.

3. Design Development

The retainer is typically based on a percentage of the estimated project investment and allows us to dedicate the necessary time and resources to your project.

5. Design & Proposal Presentation

Once the design is complete, we will present the project proposal and review the design together. These presentations are typically held at our Wilmington headquarters, where clients can view drawings, explore material options, and discuss the details of the project.

During this meeting, we will:

• Review the design concept and layout
• Discuss materials and finishes
• Walk through the proposed investment
• Answer questions and review next steps

If adjustments are needed, our team will work with you to refine the design until it reflects your goals.

6. Material Selections

After the design and proposal are approved, the next step is selecting the materials that will bring the project to life. Clients are invited to our garden and showroom to review materials, finishes, and product options.

Once selections are finalized, they are documented and confirmed before materials are ordered.

7. Scheduling Your Project

Once the design, proposal, and material selections are finalized, the project moves into the scheduling phase. At this point, our team coordinates the construction timeline and begins preparing for the start of your project.

Scheduling depends on several factors, including project complexity, material availability, and the current construction schedule. Our team will provide an estimated start date and keep you informed as the project approaches.
